I just watched a video of a cat giving a TED talk on the importance of napping, and now I feel inspired to take more catnaps throughout the day. The way that cat eloquently discussed the benefits of sleeping 20 hours a day was truly enlightening. Fun fact: The world's oldest known pet cat was found in a 9,500-year-old grave on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus.
